A little about me
I used to be a Forensic Scientist. After 9 hugely enjoyable years of microscopes, fibres and Deoxyribonucleic Acid (aka DNA), I decided to follow my dream. I’ve been a full time wedding photographer for the past 6 years.
Based in Cheshire, on the outskirts of Manchester, I live with my wife Laura, little boy Noah and our fluffball of a dog Quorra (she is named after a character in the film Tron). I’m the cook of the house, and love my kitchen gadgets – the best invention of all time being the dishwasher!
I was awarded winner of Professional Photography Magazine ’Reportage Wedding Photographer of the year’ and I am also a multi award winning member of the Wedding Photojournalistic Association. When not capturing and editing weddings, we love to explore. You can check out some of my images from our amazing trips to Vietnam and the rest of the world. Even back at home, I’m rarely without a camera – often immersed in street photography, capturing un-staged moments and telling stories via photography.
