Wedding Photographer Leverhulme Hotel
Wedding Photographer Leverhulme Hotel – Rachel and Paul did not have long to find their wedding photographer – from Paul popping the question, through to the wedding day was just three months, and they only actually started planning the wedding four weeks before the big day! It is easy to get stressed by wedding planning, easy to get a little swamped in the details – but Rachel and Paul were a picture of calmness when I spoke to them a week before the big day, proof that a great wedding can be organised in no time
A lovely intimate wedding, the ceremony took place at the Christ Church in the picturesque village of Port Sunlight in the Wirral. The reception was just a few hundred meters away at the impressively renovated Leverhulme Hotel, an art deco wedding venue that used to be a hospital. Filled with natural light and angles, it provided an amazing backdrop to the day.
I documented the story of Rachel and Paul’s day in my usual fashion, letting the events flow naturally without interruption – shooting from the preparations of Rachel and her bridesmaids in the morning, though to the emotional speeches in the evening.
The eagle eyed readers may notice a few familiar faces from Chris and Jens wedding at Thornton Manor back in 2010. Rachel and Chris are brother and sister, so it was great so see many familiar faces
Find below some of my favourite shots from the day. More images can be found on my facebook page, and friends and family can view all the images from the day in my client gallery.
If your getting married at the Leverhume Hotel, or indeed any venue and would like a documentary approach to your wedding photography please dont hesitate to contact me.
Love that framed shot of the two kids – great moments captured as usual, Adam.

Looks like a lovely day and you’ve captured it expertly as usual
Great work, Adam. I love the procession walking up the aisle shot.
Adam we love it! Can’t believe we have only just read this. You really did capture our special day perfectly. We’ll never forget it. Thank you so much. I love the one of Izzy and Natasha (the little girls in the “birds of a feather” style moment) but must admit the one of the procession down the aisle is my fave
thank you xx
